Fitness Yoga

All are invited to strengthen their hearts, minds and spirits this fall!

Glen Avon is again blessed to be able to offer an exercise class.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat and a water bottle. Fitness Yoga continues to meet on Thursdays at 4:30 PM in the Plaid Room. Christen Hull skillfully teaches Yoga for strengthening and meditative workout.
