Fitness Yoga
All are invited to
strengthen their hearts, minds and spirits this fall!
Glen Avon is again blessed to be
able to offer an exercise class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and
bring an exercise mat and a water bottle. Fitness Yoga continues to meet on Thursdays at
4:30 PM in the Plaid Room.
Christen Hull skillfully teaches Yoga for strengthening and meditative
workout.

Note: Please consult with your
doctor before beginning this or any other exercise program, especially if you
have not been physically active in the past year or if you have a history of
high blood pressure, heart disease, acute joint pain or injury, or severe
osteoporosis. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, and any exercise
program may result in injury.
