STOTT PILATES

AND YOGA

 

Yoga meets at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and 4:30 PM on Thursdays in the Plaid Room.

The winter session of Pilates meets on Thursdays at 8:30 AM in the Plaid Room.

Note: Please consult with your doctor before beginning this or any other exercise program, especially if you have not been physically active in the past year or if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, acute joint pain or injury, or severe osteoporosis.  Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, and any exercise program may result in injury.
