STOTT PILATES™
AND YOGA
Yoga meets at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays
and 4:30 PM on Thursdays in the Plaid Room.
The winter session of Pilates
meets on Thursdays at 8:30 AM in the Plaid Room.
We are excited and grateful that we are
able to now offer two classes in which you can strengthen your mind, body

high blood pressure, heart disease, acute joint pain or injury, or severe
osteoporosis. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, and any exercise
