Ruth Circle Ruth Circle began to provide a circle meeting for working women. We meet at 7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month. We begin our evening with fellowship and a treat with coffee and tea. Then a short women's business report is followed by our current lesson. (July and December we meet for dinner; June and August we take off.) The chair of Ruth Circle is Rebecca Johnson.
